Why not try this coconut flour pie crust for a flavorful, healthy alternative? Only 5 ingredients and simple to make, it adds a warm, complimentary flavor to pumpkin, pecan and apple pies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 c. coconut oil or melted butter<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1\/4 t. sea salt<br \/>\n3\/4 c. coconut flour<br \/>\n1 -3 T. raw honey<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beat butter, eggs, honey &amp; salt with a fork. Add coconut flour and stir into a ball of dough. Pat into a greased 9&#8243; pie plate. Bake 8 &#8211; 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool. Add filling!<\/p>\n<p>I used only 1 T. of honey, so the crust only has a total of 17 g. of sugar. That&#8217;s just 2.5 g per slice. Grain free AND guilt free, you can have your pie and eat it too this Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p>ENJOY!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I made an Apple Cranberry pie with Walnut Coconut Sugar topping.
